Syeda Shabnam Parveen

Shabnam joined the Board as a Director on 15 December 2017 and became Chairman on 02 April 2022. She graduated from National University, Dhaka, and spent almost five years in Singapore working in a range of roles in the service and food and beverage sectors. She is a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.
Hemaet Uddin

Hemaet graduated from BIMT and began his career in 2009 in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry. In February 2010 he moved to Singapore and joined Rotating Offshore Solutions, and in October 2017 he joined CESCO Environmental Technologies as QA/QC. He was appointed Managing Director on 13 November 2019. He is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Gazi Sohag

Gazi has more than 13 years of experience in Singapore’s construction industry, in a number of technical and managerial roles. He became a Director in 2020 and is directly involved in setting the Company’s strategic direction. He chairs the Audit and Risk Committee and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
